Summary

In the article, the conceptual approaches of the formation of implementation mechanism of intra-branch ecological and economic development strategy for agro-industrial and postindustrial territories are defined and grounded. This presupposes the effective interaction of participants of the regional eco-innovative processes aimed at transforming the social and economic environment of the agro-industrial region through ecologization and revitalization of industrial territories and the transition to sustainable management in terms of sustainable development. These principles have been defined as the basic ones.
